Every missed call is a customer calling your competitor next.

Nobody leaves a voicemail anymore. They hang up and dial the next name on Google. 24/7 Answer is an AI receptionist that answers 99.9% of your calls — books the appointment, takes the order, answers the questions — day, night, weekends, and every time your hands are full.

The problem

Your phone rings while your hands are full.

You’re plating an order, cutting hair, under a sink, with a client. The phone rings out. It doesn’t feel like a loss — nothing visibly happened. That’s exactly what makes it the most expensive leak in the business.

1st

shop to answer wins

They don't wait for you.

Someone searching for a florist, a dentist, or a table for four calls straight down the Google results. Whoever picks up first gets the money. Everyone above them on the list gets nothing.

15 min

and the sale is gone

Calling back is already too late.

By the time you're free to return the call, they've booked and paid with someone else. "We'll get back to them later" is the single most expensive sentence in a small business.

10×

the value of one order

You didn't lose a sale. You lost a customer.

The vet who missed one call didn't lose one visit — they lost every visit for the next ten years. A missed call hands a competitor your customer's entire lifetime of spending.

The math

What is your phone costing you?

Move the sliders to your own numbers. We’re not going to talk you into anything — the figure on the right does that on its own.

Which sounds like you?
8

Most owners guess ten before they count. Rings during a rush, after close, and on Sunday all count.

$90

Use the whole job, not the first order — a customer who comes back is worth every visit they’d have made.

Counting from the day you opened. Every one of those years had a phone in it.

Per year

Over your 5 years in business

$1.1M

That’s roughly 12,480 calls that rang out — every one of them someone who wanted to give you money.

If today’s numbers held for all 5 years.

24/7 Answer costs $497 a month. You are currently losing 38× that by not answering.

Assumes a 6-day trading week (312 days a year), and that the figures above have held steady for as long as you’ve been open. An estimate to frame the decision, not a guarantee of recovered revenue — no service converts every call into a sale.

How it works

Three steps. You do almost none of them.

No new hardware, no new phone number, no software for your staff to learn. Your line keeps working exactly as it does today — it just stops ringing out.

  1. 01

We build it from your website

Send us your web address. We train your agent on your services, your prices, your hours, your address — everything a caller normally asks. You don't fill in a questionnaire and you don't sit through a discovery call.

    Takes us about a day

  2. 02

You hear it before you pay a cent

We get on a call and ring your agent live, together. Ask it anything a real customer would. If it doesn't sound like someone you'd be happy to have answering your phone, we shake hands and you owe nothing.

This is the whole sales pitch

  3. 03

    Your phone stops going unanswered

We forward your existing number — you keep it — so calls ring your team first and the agent catches whatever you don't. Every call arrives in your inbox as a written summary, and bookings land straight in your calendar.

    Live within 48 hours

Your agent answers 99.9% of calls. We quote the number we can actually stand behind — anyone promising you 100% of anything is selling you something.

What it actually does

Not an answering machine. A receptionist.

Voicemail records the problem. This one handles it — start to finish, while the customer is still on the line and still wants to buy.

Captures every lead

Name, number, and what they wanted — written down and sent to you within seconds of the call ending. Nothing depends on somebody remembering to write it on a pad.

Books appointments and tables

It reads your live availability, offers real slots, and writes the booking into your calendar. The customer hangs up already booked, not waiting on a callback.

Takes orders

Full to-go orders, including the half-mozzarella-half-cheddar, no-mushrooms, actually-make-that-chicken kind. Orders drop into the system your kitchen already uses.

Answers the same twelve questions

Hours, parking, prices, do you do gel nails, are you open Sunday, do you deliver to this postcode. The calls you least want to take are the ones it takes best.

Filters out the time-wasters

For bigger jobs it asks your qualifying questions first — scope, timing, budget — so the appointments that reach your calendar are the ones worth driving to.

Works 24/7 without a payroll

Nights, weekends, holidays, the lunch rush, and the fortnight your receptionist is away. No wages, no taxes, no sick days, no notice period, no recruiting.

Sounds like a professional

Calm, warm, on-brand, and never having a bad day. It doesn't rush people, doesn't sigh, and doesn't put anyone on hold to deal with the queue in front of it.

Only ever gets better

The agent you hear on your demo call is the worst it will ever be. It improves month after month without you upgrading, retraining, or paying more.

The honest objection

“We’re a family business. We pride ourselves on being personal — I don’t want a robot answering my phone.”

Fair. So here’s the honest question back: is it more personal to not answer at all?

A real person picking up is better than an AI picking up. We’d never argue otherwise, and the agent is built to hand off to you whenever you’re free. But the choice in front of you isn’t AI versus your best member of staff — it’s AI versus a phone ringing out at 7pm on a Saturday while a customer scrolls down to the next name on Google.

Your callers don’t experience your warmth when nobody picks up. They experience a competitor.

Try it

Don’t take our word for it. Call it.

Reading about an AI receptionist tells you nothing. Thirty seconds on the phone with one tells you everything. Ask it awkward questions. Interrupt it. Change your mind halfway through an order.

Then picture that same voice picking up every call you missed last week.

Demo line

Our public demo number is going live shortly.

In the meantime we’ll do one better: tell us your business and we’ll build a demo agent trained on your own website, then ring it with you on the line so you hear it answering as your business — not a generic sample.

Questions

The things owners ask us.

Will my customers know it's an AI?

Some will, most won't ask. It speaks naturally, handles interruptions, and doesn't read from a script. We're happy to have it introduce itself as your virtual assistant if you'd rather be upfront — plenty of our clients prefer that, and it costs them nothing.

Do I have to change my phone number?

No. You keep the number you've always had. We set up call forwarding so your line rings your team first, and the agent picks up whatever you don't — after hours, during a rush, or when everyone's hands are full.

What happens if it can't answer something?

It takes the caller's details and the reason for the call, tells them you'll be in touch, and sends the whole thing to you as a written summary within seconds. You can also give it a number to transfer live calls to when someone is available.

Why 99.9% and not 100%?

Because 100% would be a lie. Phone networks have outages and no system anywhere is perfect. 99.9% is the number we can stand behind, and it's the difference between catching roughly every call and catching roughly half of them.

How long until it's live?

Usually 48 hours from the moment you say go. We build the demo from your website first, you hear it on a call, and if you're happy we move it into production the same week.

Can it book into the calendar we already use?

Yes. It writes bookings into your existing calendar or booking system, and drops orders into the system your kitchen or counter already runs on. We handle the connection during setup — that's part of what the setup fee covers.

Are there per-minute charges or call limits?

No. $497 a month covers your calls. We're not going to make you nervous about a busy Friday — a busy Friday is the entire point.

What if I want to cancel?

You tell us and we switch it off. It's month to month with no contract and no cancellation fee. We'd rather earn the next month than trap you into it.

Is my business too small for this?

Ask the calculator, not us. If you miss two calls a week and a customer is worth $60, we'll tell you to keep your money. If one missed call is worth thousands — a contractor, a dealership, an HVAC company — you only have to catch one a year to be ahead.

You hear it before you buy
We build the demo on your business and ring it with you listening. No payment details are taken to get there.
It's the worst it will ever be
Whatever you hear on that demo call is the floor, not the ceiling. It gets better every month at the same price.
One month at a time
$497/month plus a one-time $400 setup. No contract. Switch it off whenever you like.

No cost and no obligation. We’ll call once to walk you through the demo — we don’t sell your details to anyone.
